The Overlook Restaurant opened its doors in 1948, eleven years after the great flood of 1937 washed away the town of Leavenworth. They are well-known for their home cooked meals, especially for their fried chicken, biscuits and pies. Current owners are Doug and Josie Breeden. They are located at 1153 West State Road 62 in Leavenworth, Indiana.
